Para-Tan Sound Healing

Agni Homa/Yajna

(the ritual of fire) and the navel.

The night of Agni Homa/Yajna with Shri Param Eswaran I cried for three hours straight, so much that I feared I would also soak the air. Rather than close to the fire, I felt immersed in the still center of myself, but in a storm. I still do not know why I was crying. And this is the most important thing. My mind, for the duration of those three hours, has given way to a form of non- presence of mind, in which consciousness has been free to express and to manifest itself in all its charm and all its power. They were tears of honey, which celebrated the transition from a solid and dense matter, to a liquid dimension, that of the unstoppable flow of life. I felt flowing through me all the Beauty and Terror of the universe and my navel began to pulse as if it were the center of millions of hearts. For months, from time to time, I was able to regain that feeling inside of me, the echo of that fire still burns and it manifests itself in mysterious and unpredictable forms whenever I am in touch with the feeling of emptiness and fullness at the same time.

Agni Homa is the ritual of fire and is considered to be of central importance in tantra and is an integral part of the path of Para Tan. The fire expresses light, transformation, is the element of purification that burns impurities and brings consciousness to higher vibrational states; its flames are able to unify all things and to reveal the illusion that prevents us from seeing the substantial unity that lies behind the apparent diversity and multiplicity of the manifest forms.

The kundalini, the energy that allows the innate spiritual evolution, was also called Agni.

Can be offered to fire certain types of wood, foods such as rice, ghee (clarified butter), spices, flower petals, etc; fire takes the subtle essence of tenders and the delivery to the Supreme Consciousness. The thoughts and positive energies are magnified and grow, while the thoughts and negative energies are neutralized.

Agni Homa has the power to create in the aura of those who practice an energy security is vital to the maintenance or improvement of physical health, mental and emotional, especially in times of heavy air pollution and spiritual confusion.

This practice facilitates the connection of the subtle body with the physical body and gives light to the soul. Just below the navel is an energetic center where lies the real heart of being. The universal energy enters the navel through the umbilical cord, and it is here that all the karmic history is recorded. Purify and liberate this centre from emotional and environmental toxins, is of great importance for the integration of body, mind and spirit.
